Dates/times must be confirmed and agreed to by Sumo Studios Staff. To cancel or reschedule, contact us within 48 hours of the start date and time of your project. Deposits and service fees are non-refundable. Rescheduled dates are only confirmed upon request, based on team availability. Additional fees may apply. - Sumo Studios
